SYNOPSIS • SSCP vs
The International Information System Security - (ISC)2’s exam SSCP, “Systems Security Certified Practitionerâ€‌ is the one exam required for the SSCP certification.

The SSCP exam is a mid level exam meant for IT professionals who want to achieve “an international standard for practitioners of information security [IS] and understanding of a Common Body of Knowledge (CBK).â€‌ The other prerequisite for this exam is for the candidate to: “Subscribe to the (ISC)2 Code of Ethics.â€‌

This exam is moderately difficult and costs $369 USD. It may be taken at an (ISC)2 designated site in many large metropolitan locations throughout the world.

The pass score for this form-based multiple choice exam is a scaled score of 700 points or greater.
