Sun’s exam CX-310-012, “Sun Certified System Administrator for the Solaris 8 Operating Environment – Part IIâ€‌ is a core requirement for the Sun Certified System Administrator (SCSA) Solaris 8 OE certification. It is designed for Unix system administrators with a minimum of twelve months experience. Exam CX-310-011, “Sun Certified System Administrator for the Solaris 8 Operating Environment – Part Iâ€‌ is a prerequisite for this exam.

This exam is moderately difficult and costs $150 USD. It may be taken from Thomson Prometric.
