Exam 70-528: TS: Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 - Web-Based Client Development is expected to be released at the end of January 2006.

Candidates for this exam work on a team in a medium or large development environment that uses Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, Enterprise Edition or Microsoft Visual Studio 2005. Candidates should have at least one year of experience developing Web-based applications on .NET Framework 1.0/1.1/2.0. Candidates should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 and a sound knowledge of the new features of ASP.NET 2.0.

Beginning with the release of the Microsoft Windows Server™ 2003–related exams, Microsoft requires a minimum passing score of 700 on all exams. The maximum score on the exams will vary depending on the complexity of the skills being measured. There are 50 questions, and the exam last 90 minutes. The cost of this exam is $125 USD. You can take the exam at any Prometric or Pearson VUE.

This certification exam measures your ability to develop and implement Web-based applications with Web forms, ASP.NET, and the Microsoft .NET Framework. The skills measured by this exam are:
