(225-020) CDIA+SYNOPSIS • CDIA+ vs CompTIA’s CDIA+ exam 225-020, “Certified Document Imaging Architect,” is the only exam required to achieve the CDIA+ certification. It is meant for mid to high-level IT professionals involved in the document management industry and has no prerequisites. CompTIA does recommend holding a Network+ or Project+ title, though. CompTIA says this exam is for those “who possess critical knowledge of technologies used to plan, design and specify a document imaging/management system.” This exam is moderately
difficult. It may be taken from Pearson Vue
or Thomson Prometric. In
terms of cost: “Prices of CompTIA exams
vary, depending upon the country you are taking the test in and your membership
status. The passing score is 700 on a scale of 100 to 900. This exam is multiple choice, consisting of 85 questions, and has a duration of 90 minutes for those from predominantly English speaking countries, and 120 minutes for those from other countries. The topics covered by this exam include:
