SYNOPSIS • CWSP vs
CWNP’s exam PW0-200, “Certified Wireless Security Professional” is one of two requirements for the Certified Wireless Security Professional (CWSP) certification. The other requirement is holding the Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) certification.

It is designed for candidates who know “hardware, software, protocols, procedures, and design techniques used in reducing wireless LAN security risks” and who understand “the weaknesses inherent in wireless LANs, the solutions available to address those weaknesses, and the steps necessary to implement a secure and manageable wireless LAN in an enterprise environment.”

This exam costs $175 USD and may be taken from any Prometric or Pearson VUE.

The pass score for this form-based multiple choice exam is 70% (“instructors must score at least 80%”). There are 60 questions and the exam lasts 90 minutes.
